How to use

Keep it simple. Cleanse gently, apply the Lipid Serum, follow with HYVIA, and finish with Lipid Shield SPF each morning. Stay on this routine alone for at least three to four weeks before considering anything stronger.

Good to know

If your skin has been reactive for a while, the goal for the first month is calm rather than transformation. Once tightness, stinging and patchy redness have settled, actives can be introduced one at a time, with two weeks between each addition so you can tell what your skin is responding to.
