Facial Balancing in Los Angeles
Facial balancing looks at your face the way an artist does: as a whole. Instead of chasing one line or one feature, your injector designs small, strategic filler placements across the chin, cheeks, jawline, lips, temples and nose so every feature supports the others.
The result: you look harmonious, rested and photogenic from every angle, and nobody can say why.
How Facial Balancing Works at TONIIK
1. Facial analysis. We assess proportions (chin projection, jaw definition, cheek support, lip ratio, nose bridge) and photograph from multiple angles.
2. The plan. You get a prioritized map: which areas give the most harmony per syringe, in what order, and over how many visits.
3. Treatment in stages. Most patients start with 1 to 2 syringes in the highest-impact zones and build over 2 to 3 visits.
Planning your treatment
Facial balancing is quoted as a plan, not a menu item. Once your injector maps which areas to treat and how much product each one calls for, you get the full staged plan and its cost at the consultation, before the first syringe.
Typical full-face balancing plans use 2 to 4 syringes across multiple areas, staged over several visits.
Areas we balance
- Chin & jawline: sharper profile, better side-angle photos (dermal fillers)
- Cheeks & midface: lifts and supports under-eyes
- Under-eyes: often treated with PRF or bio-filler instead of HA filler
- Nose: liquid rhinoplasty to straighten the bridge in 30 minutes
- Lips: proportion-matched lip filler
- Temples: the most-missed area in aging faces
For patients who prefer collagen stimulation over filler volume, we blend in Sculptra or Radiesse.

FAQ
Facial balancing is a whole-face filler strategy: small amounts placed across several features (chin, cheeks, jaw, lips, nose) to create proportional harmony, rather than filling one area in isolation.
It comes down to how many areas you treat and how much product each one needs. Most complete plans use 2 to 4 syringes staged across a few visits, and some patients start with a single area. Your injector builds the map and quotes the full staged plan at your consultation.
Depending on the filler and area, 9 to 18 months. Chin and jawline filler tends to last longest.
