TONIIK was created by MJ Gandon, MSN, FNP, a provider with a background in critical care, dermatology and functional medicine. After years in conventional medicine and high-volume aesthetics, MJ saw the same pattern repeating: most treatments focused on the surface, ignored biology and delivered short-lived results. TONIIK was built to change that. Here, functional medicine, regenerative aesthetics and long-term tracking come together in a single membership model. We focus on the deeper layers of ageing: the genetics, inflammation, structure and biomarkers that decide how you look, feel and function. This isn’t a quick-fix clinic. It’s a precision program designed for people who want measurable, meaningful change

Dr. Foster is Co-Owner and Medical Director of TONIIK Medical Group Inc. and serves as the practice’s Supervising Physician, providing medical oversight of the clinical care delivered at TONIIK.
All medical treatments at TONIIK are performed under physician supervision. Aesthetic and functional medicine services are administered by our nurse practitioner team, led by founder MJ Gandon, MSN, FNP, within protocols established under Dr. Foster’s medical direction.
