Liquid Rhinoplasty: The 30-Minute Non-Surgical Nose Job
A liquid rhinoplasty uses small amounts of dermal filler to camouflage a dorsal bump, lift a drooping tip or correct asymmetry. It takes about 30 minutes, and you approve the result in the mirror as we work.
No general anesthesia, no year of swelling, and because we use hyaluronic acid filler, it is reversible.
The 30-Minute Non-Surgical Nose Job
Most patients come to us for one of three things: a bump along the bridge they have disliked in photos for years, a tip that droops when they smile, or a small asymmetry that surgery feels too drastic to correct. Filler, placed precisely, addresses all three by creating a straighter visual line down the profile.
What is included: the consultation, the treatment itself and your follow-up review. Your injector confirms the plan and quotes it in full at the consultation, before anything is injected.
Honest limits. This is where we would rather lose the booking than mislead you. Filler can straighten a profile and lift a tip. It cannot make a nose smaller, narrow a wide base, or fix a breathing problem. If surgery is genuinely the better answer for your goals, we will tell you that at the consult.
Safety matters more here than almost anywhere else on the face. The nose is an advanced injection zone with vascular considerations, which is why every liquid rhinoplasty at TONIIK is performed by an experienced nurse practitioner injector using cannula technique. We walk you through exactly how we manage that risk before you commit.
Many patients pair this with chin filler, because balancing the profile from both ends often does more than treating the nose alone. That is a conversation we have during facial balancing planning. If you ever want the result undone, filler dissolving reverses it in a single visit.

FAQ
Typically 9 to 18 months, depending on the filler used and your metabolism. Because the area moves very little, results here often outlast filler placed in more mobile parts of the face.
The nose is one of the most advanced injection zones on the face, which is exactly why injector experience matters. At TONIIK it is performed by an experienced nurse practitioner using cannula technique, and we review vascular safety with you at every consultation.
Most patients rate it a 2 or 3 out of 10. We apply numbing cream first, and the filler itself contains lidocaine.
No. Filler adds volume to create a straighter, more balanced profile line. It cannot reduce the overall size of the nose or narrow the base. If that is your goal, surgical rhinoplasty is the honest answer and we will say so.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, so the change is not permanent.
