TONIIK is a boutique functional medicine and aesthetics practice in Studio City, founded by MJ Gandon, MSN, FNP-BC. We're not a chain, not a med spa, and not built on volume. We're built on long-term patient relationships, lab-driven protocols, peptide and hormone optimization, and aesthetic care designed around internal health.
Our patients trust us with their time, their biology, and their stories. We treat that trust seriously. The team we build is the team that delivers on it.

Guest Coordinator
The first voice and face every patient encounters at TONIIK. Owns the patient experience from first call to confident handoff after the visit. Warmth, attention to detail, and discretion are non-negotiable.
Patient Communications Assistant
The voice patients hear between visits. Owns texts, calls and social media messages, keeps the calendar full, and makes sure every patient feels remembered. Fluent English and Spanish required.
