TONIIK Functional Medicine & Aesthetics is hiring a Virtual Patient Communications Assistant.

This is the role that shapes how cared-for our patients feel between visits. You'll be the first message they get back, the steady voice on the phone, and the organized presence that makes sure nobody falls through the cracks.

You'll work closely with MJ (our founder and lead injector), Derek (Office Manager), and our clinical team, handling texts, calls and social media messages, booking and confirming appointments, sending reminders and follow-ups, and routing clinical questions to the right person. You'll stay in contact with the office throughout the day, wherever you are.

This role is fully remote and fully bilingual: fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required. It's full-time and long-term, with a flexible schedule that occasionally runs past forty hours and sometimes includes Saturday morning communications. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not a short-term placement.
