TONIIK Functional Medicine & Aesthetics is hiring our next Guest Coordinator.
This is the role that sets the tone for our entire patient experience. You'll be the first voice on the phone, the warm welcome at the door, and the calm, organized presence that protects the rhythm of our clinic.
You'll work alongside MJ (our founder and lead injector), Derek (Office Manager), and our clinical team — supporting bookings, intake, payments, communication, and the small details that make TONIIK feel like TONIIK.
We're hiring for character first: warmth, attention to detail, discretion, and a genuine care for the people who walk through our door. The systems, we'll teach you.
